All free gifts such as the Nintendo Wii, Laptops, Xbox 360 and iPods are despatched at the same time as your new mobile phone. Please note that non-payment of your phone bills at any time within the first 6 months will result in you being charged the full retail cost of the free gift. If you wish to return your phone under our 14 day guarantee you will also need to return the free gift, unopened and unused.

Unlike other mobile phone retailers, Mobiles.co.uk will send out both your free gift and your new mobile at the same time. No claim is necessary, but you must be aware that any return has to include both phone and free gift in order to qualify for cancellation. At this time it is not possible to purchase the free gift and return just the handset.
